Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Return window and condition

  • You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. Please include any original packaging if possible.

  • Returns are limited to a maximum of 2 units per SKU per order. Additional units of the same SKU are final sale, except for verified defects or damage on arrival.

How to start a return

  • Email us at contact@supercarconnection.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  • We’ll reply with next steps and the return address. Please do not send returns without emailing us first.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping for standard returns.

  • If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping once we verify the issue (see below).

Defective or damaged items

  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, email contact@supercarconnection.com within 30 days of receipt.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive the return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Fulfillment partner

  • Our products are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Returns are handled by us directly to take care of our customers.

International returns

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you purchased a Supercar Connection product outside the U.S. through another channel, defective items may be considered for return or replacement; email contact@supercarconnection.com for help.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses when supported by the carrier).

Fulfillment and processing time

  • Orders are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand provider.

  • Typical production time is 3–7 business days before shipment. Production and shipping timelines may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Delivery estimates

  • Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, and seasonal volume.

Carriers and tracking

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

  • A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier options available.

Address issues and cancellations

  • Orders begin production shortly after purchase. Changes or cancellations aren’t available once an order is submitted.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or stolen packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, check with household members and neighbors first.

  • Email contact@supercarconnection.com within 7 days of the “delivered” scan and we’ll help file a carrier claim.

  • Replacements or refunds for lost/stolen packages are handled case by case after the carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email contact@supercarconnection.com with photos within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it.
