Accessibility Statement

Effective date: January 1, 2024

Supercar Connection is committed to making our website usable for everyone. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and keep improving as standards and assistive technologies evolve.

What we’re doing

We work to:

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content (alt text for images, labels for icons).

  • Maintain logical heading structure and clear navigation.

  • Support full keyboard use and visible focus states.

  • Keep sufficient color contrast.

  • Use clear, plain language.

  • Ensure forms are labeled and usable with assistive tech.

  • Add captions or transcripts when we publish video or audio.

How we test

We use a mix of automated scans and manual reviews that include:

  • Keyboard-only navigation checks.

  • Screen reader spot checks (e.g., NVDA/VoiceOver).

  • Contrast and zoom testing.

  • Form and error-handling testing.

Known limits and third-party content

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, embedded media, analytics, or external dealership links). We don’t control these platforms, but we choose vendors that state accessibility commitments when possible and report issues to them when we find barriers.

If you encounter a problem with any third-party feature linked from our site, let us know so we can help with a workaround or escalate it.

Browser and assistive technology support

We aim to support current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and common assistive technologies. If you use an older browser or specialized setup and run into issues, tell us what you’re using so we can investigate.

Feedback and help

If you experience a barrier or need an accommodation to access any content, contact us. Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and any assistive technology or browser you’re using.

Contact: contact@supercarconnection

We try to respond within 2 business days and will work to provide the content you need in an accessible format.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features for accessibility before launch and periodically audit existing pages. If you have suggestions for improvement, we’d love to hear them.
